The Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC) was formally adopted and published in 2009. The BTHA’s eight guides help members with specific aspects of the Directive. The Directive is being replaced by the new EUTSR. We will be writing and publishing new member guidance as the legislation transitions into force.
