We engaged with Westminster and Whitehall throughout the Brexit process to represent members views, inform policy decisions on the toy industry’s concerns, and translate information from government into guidance for members.

We provided a range guidance over the transition period to help members through the Brexit process. These covered many aspects of the business of toys, including changes to product technical, customs, and VAT requirements. The guides offer a reference point to the rules following the UK’s exit from the EU but more up to date guides are published in the other areas of the website to reflect more recent changes.
