Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011

Now that the UK has left the EU the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 No. 1881 have been extensively updated to stand alone and now contain the full information from the Directive. EU specific information has been removed and replaced with UK specific steps or processes.

The regulations now become the sole legislation controlling the safety of toys in the UK. The series of nine guides is intended to give comprehensive guidance to BTHA members to ensure they can comply with the regulations. These guides are Primary Authority Assured.
